5. Intellectual Property

Our liability is limited to the amount of design fees paid. We are not responsible for contractor work, product defects, or delays beyond our control.

7. Cancellation Policy

Projects may be cancelled with 48-hour written notice. Cancellation fees may apply based on work completed and materials ordered.
